Whites Mill Phase II Restoration
Architectural/Engineering Services for the drawings and specifications as well as bidding assistance and construction administration services for the Phase II $408,000 rehabilitation of the historic White’s Mill in Washington County, Virginia. The submission of plans and specs to VDOT and DHR for review took place in April 2011 with advertisement for bids taking place later this year.
