Evaluation/design and related services regarding a new facility of approximately 11,000 SF to be situated on an approximate 5 acre parcel owned by the NRCJTA in Dublin, Virginia. Construction of the $1.6 Million project began in August 2011 and is scheduled for completion in March 2012.
