Project Description: The Bushong House – removal and replacement of transformer, antiquated electrical service to the house and grounds, baseboard heating system, low voltage wiring the baseboards, and the existing heat pump units, all new and code-compliant systems. The Farmhouse – replacement of water damaged and deteriorated wood siding, gutters and downspouts, window trim and sills, exterior trim and exterior painting of both new and existing materials. Additionally, there will be limited regrading work around the perimeter of the Farmhouse to improve runoff drainage.
