Steven D. Brooks

Steve Brooks, PE, is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Master’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Having experience as both a structural and civil engineer, Steve has the ability to understand the many facets of a project and bring it to a successful completion. Steve joined T&L as a Project Engineer for civil projects and worked to become the Lead Structural Engineer for T&L founding the firms’ structural practice. He lead the firms endeavor to start a MEP practice while serving as Vice President of Engineering. Steve has worked on projects utilizing a number of different delivery methods such as design/bid/build, design/build, fast track and PPEA.
