Who You Are:
A self-motivated, experienced architect who enjoys both design and project execution—from concept through construction. You bring technical expertise, leadership, and a passion for mentoring junior staff while ensuring exceptional client service.
What You’ll Do:
- Work on-site for the first 90 days to integrate with the team, then discuss remote flexibility.
- Lead and manage projects from concept to completion in a collaborative environment.
- Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and teams to develop innovative, practical solutions.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and Illustrator to bring designs to life.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning ordinances, and construction best practices.
What You Bring:
- Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- NCARB Certification & Tennessee Licensure (or eligibility via NCARB reciprocity).
- 8+ years of experience in architecture, including full-scope project involvement.
- Strong proficiency in construction techniques, materials, and building systems (structural, MEP, fire protection).
- Leadership and mentorship skills to inspire team members.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
- US Citizenship required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
