Kevin Neal

Kevin Neal serves as Chief Financial Officer of Thompson & Litton, Inc., where he leads the firm’s financial operations and stewardship on behalf of its employee-owners. A graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting, Kevin’s responsibilities include treasury and lender relations, financial planning and reporting, audit oversight, payroll and compliance oversight, ESOP and 401(k) coordination, Board and Trustee reporting, and leadership of T&L’s accounting and finance team.

Kevin is focused on strengthening financial visibility, supporting disciplined decision-making, and building practical processes that promote long-term value for the company and its employee-owners.
