As T&L celebrates its 70th anniversary, we recognize that most of our success has been made possible by our ability to adapt. As we face ever-changing landscapes, both literal and metaphorical, we have decided to undertake some renovations of our own. Walking into this new milestone as the same employee-owned company, staffed by the same talented professionals delivering the same high-quality services our clients have trusted us with for generations, we are announcing several organizational structure changes effective July 1, 2026.

With these changes, you will notice a new executive leadership structure, including a newly appointed Chairman of the Board and a new C-suite leadership team, along with New Vice President and Director positions. These individuals represent the depth of talent, experience, and commitment that exists throughout our organization and will help guide Thompson & Litton’s continued growth and success for years to come.
