Keli Ratcliffe

Keli Ratcliffe, CPSM, has extensive experience in the development and implementation
of strategic communication programs. She possesses a thorough knowledge of public
and stakeholder activities supporting local government projects. Keli has successfully
represented project teams at community events, facilitated workshop discussions, and
managed the preparation of informational materials, websites, study documents, and
project resource centers.
She has successfully demonstrated her communication skills through numerous venues
including written information, websites, marketing materials, and graphic displays. Keli
assists clients in identifying funding opportunities as well as writing and submitting
funding applications.
