William W. King

Bill King, PE, is a 1981 graduate of Virginia Military Institute, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. As part of Bill’s 36 years of experience, he has participated in and led the development, planning, funding and design of multiple water, wastewater, solid waste, site and infrastructure development projects.  Prior to joining T&L, Bill served as Assistant District Engineer for the Virginia Department of Health’s Division of Water Programs regional office in Abingdon, Virginia where he reviewed and approved all proposed water and sewer system projects in the New River Valley of Virginia.
