Chuck Forbes

Charles H. Forbes IV, LS (“Chuck”) serves as Vice President of Land Surveying at Thompson & Litton, Inc., bringing more than 26 years of experience in the land surveying profession. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Virginia Tech and oversees all the firm’s surveying operations.

Chuck has extensive expertise across a wide range of surveying services, including boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, topographic surveys, construction layout, route surveys, FEMA elevation certificates, GPS surveying, drone-based surveys, subdivision planning, high order leveling, and wetland surveys. His technical knowledge, leadership, and commitment to quality help ensure accurate, reliable surveying solutions for clients throughout the region.
