Donald “Butch” Wirt

Donald ‘Butch’ Wirt, PE is a Project Manager, focusing on the needs of T&L’s K-12 and economic development sectors. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, where he has consistently expanded his education in the field of engineering while obtaining a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management and Engineering; Master of Science in Biological Systems Engineering, Wood Engineering and Reliability and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Systems Engineering (formerly Agricultural Engineering).

Before Butch joined T&L, he amassed well over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering and related fields and has experience in facilities engineering and management, construction administration, engineering design, building design management, and engineering research.
