James C. Thompson

Jim Thompson is a graduate of Emory & Henry College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Economics. Jim is a Principal of the Firm and has managed T&L Tazewell, Virginia office since 1984. Jim began his career at T&L in 1981 and has served the Firm in several capacities including Construction Administrator, Vice President – Project Management, and Vice President – Marketing prior to his present position as Board Chairman. Jim is currently responsible for the Firm’s overall business acquisition effort, utilizing his expertise in the innovative financing and delivery of projects in both the public and private sectors to assist T&L clients in the delivery of projects.
