Rick Chitwood

Rick Chitwood has experience in the management and construction of engineering and architectural projects. Rick has played a critical role in the development, planning, funding and design of various water, wastewater, site and infrastructure development projects for various engineering and architectural projects. As Vice President of Client Service, Rick lends his expertise to a variety of projects as Officer-in-Charge by providing oversight and guidance. He also ensures the Project Team has access to the resources necessary to complete the project on time and within budget.
