Stacy Fowler, PE

Stacy Fowler, PE, is a graduate of Bluefield State College receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, and graduate of the University of Central Florida receiving a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He has experience in the management of engineering projects and as a Project Manager, Stacy is responsible for project coordination and is the main point of contact between the client and the T&L Project Team. He will see that the necessary services are provided and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
