Steve Farris

Steven R. Farris, PE, brings strong mechanical engineering and building systems leadership experience to project teams, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. His early career in mechanical contracting provides practical, hands-on insight into system constructability, performance, and long-term facility operation.

Steve has served as lead engineer and project manager for educational, institutional, commercial, and industrial facilities, giving him a broad understanding of owner priorities, interdisciplinary coordination, and efficient project delivery. As Vice President of Building Services, he oversees mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural (MEP/S) engineering activities for T&L, helping ensure responsive service, coordinated design solutions, and alignment with each client’s project goals.
