Russell County Government Center

Thompson & Litton was commissioned by the Cumberland Plateau Company to provide professional architectural and engineering services for the development of the Russell County Government Center located in the Lebanon, Virginia.

T&L was responsible for the design and construction contract administration of the project under a fast track project delivery methodology.  Project features include County Government offices, community meeting spaces, event space with multimedia capabilities, and a Technology Education & Training Center.  Renovation/adaptive reuse and tenant upfit of the former Highlands Shopping Center. Project serves as the core of the Russell County Government with offices for the Board of Supervisors, County Administration, Treasurer, Commissioner of the Revenue, Real Estate Assessment, Building Official, the Russell County IDA and CSA.
T&L also assisted with further development of the complex by providing architectural services for tenant build-out, schematic floor plans, and other required design, construction inspection and consulting services as requested.
